TEGOPAC® RDS 1 is a silane-modified reactive diluent with very low viscosity. The product is used for viscosity reduction of formulations
& to avoid migration effects.
TEGOPAC® RDS 1is a silane-modified polymer which can be used to reduce viscosities of adhesives & sealant formulations.
It can also be used for formulations to avoid migration effects.
A replacement against migrating plasticizers is possible.
• TEGOPAC® RDS 1 reduces the viscosity of polymers & adhesive formulations
• Through the partial or total replacement of a plasticizer, TEGOPAC® XP RDS 1 can avoid any migration effects by becoming chemically anchored within the polymer network after curing
• TEGOPAC® RDS 1 helps to improve cure through properties: by the lateral crosslinking groups of the polymer the curethrough properties are influenced positively
• TEGOPAC® RDS 1 can be combined with different silane-modified polymers or epoxy polymers
• TEGOPAC® RDS 1 can be used for the production of methanol-free formulations
